Title of issue

1. (Brief description of issue) (Steps to take to resolve issue) (What this step is diagnosing, and what the test results mean.) Example: System will not boot. Example: Disconnect HDD, and boot system. Example Explanation: If the system will not boot up initially, but does boot after disconnecting the hard drive; this means the HDD has failed or is corrupt. Solution: Replace the failed drive

2. Issue: System does not boot even with HDD disconnected. Explanation: This could be either a failed motherboard, or power supply. If the system has an external power supply, try replacing your current one. Solution: Replace power supply.

3. Replacement power supply does not allow the system to boot with HDD disconnected. Explanation: The motherboard has failed. Solution: Seek an RMA from your authorized reseller.
