- The default username is system and default password is admin123
Factory Default
- Tap and hold the menu (three horizontal lines) on the bottom left hand corner of the NKB5000 until it logs out of the account, then press and hold for 15 seconds until it prompts to reset
- Press Okay to Erase All
- Device will be restored to factory default settings
