Fish Eye
Select a playing fish-eye window, click fish-eye button, enter fish-eye correction mode preview. In video window, slide finger upward to correct fish-eye.Slide finger downward to return to original image.Length of slide determines correction/return scale. Slide left/right to adjust video direction.
Click fish-eye button again, to exit correction mode. The video returns non-corrected image. Effect of correction: correct distorted video by fish-eye to normal video.

Record Type
Step 1: Enter record playback.
Step 2: Click “Add” at top of window.
Step 3: Set record type to view:all records, normal record, alarm record, motion detect record, and select device channel under the type.
- Normal record: green
- Alarm record: red
- Motion detect record: yellow
- All records: blue
- If user does not have any change, then record is blue by default.
Record Cut Export
Step 1: Enter record playback interface.
Step 2: Click Cut to enter cut mode.
Step 3: Select start time you want to cut record from, click Start to mark the starting point.
Step 4: Drag progress bar, and select end time, click End to stop cut and this record is complete.
Step 5: Click OK to complete cutting and export.
Step 6: Click Cancel to cancel cutting and exit.
Device Manager
EnterYou can add/edit/delete/remote configure device, and view HDD information/control alarm out.

Delete device |
Add a Device
Step 1: ClickStep 2: Input device information.
P2P: Device has P2P feature enabled and connects to internet. Input SN or scan QR code on device to add.
DDNS: Device has register in DDNS server and connects to internet. You should input the device domain address registered on the server.
IP/Domain: Device can be accessed by fixed IP/Domain address. You should input IP/Domain address and port(37777 by default).
WIFI Configuration
Step 1:Input SN or scan QR code to configure wifi device, click Next, enter the network configure interface.
Step 2:Input the password of the WIFI which your phone connect, click Next, to configure device.
Step 3:After successful configuration, complete device added.
Parameter Description
- Name: Named a device as desired.
- Port: Device can be accessed by fixed IP/Domain address. You should input IP/Domain address and port(37777 by default).
- Live Preview: Choose stream mode (Main or Extra) for live preview.
- Playback: Choose stream mode (Main or Extra) for playback .
- Username&Password: Input device username and password.
Step 4 :Click "Start Live Preview" to quick start, or clickbutton to save device information.(Except wifi configure).
Device Initialization
Step 1:Click button, select device to initialize.
Step 2:Select initialization device type(wired, WIFI, AP).
Step 3:Enter SN or scan QR code to recognize device.
Step 4:Enter new password to find back password, initialization complete.If a device is never added or reset, you shall initialize it before you can use it as normal.
Import Device from Cloud
Step 1: Click " Import Cloud Device"button.
Step 2: Input account information.
Account Type: Choose a kind of account type. And finish the corresponding fields required.
P2P: Your devices support cloud feature, and are registered the cloud service site. You should input your Account in the site and Password.
Easy4ip: Your devices support Eesy4ip cloud feature, and are registered the Eesy4ip cloud service site. You should input your Eesy4ip Account in the site and Password.
DDNS: Your devices are registered in DDNS service site, and the DahuaDDNS or QuickDDNS devices can be bounded to this account.
Step 3: Click "Login" to import.
Generate Device Name Card
Step 1: Enter device management interface.
Step 2: Click to generate device name card.
Step 3: Display multi-selection box, you can select all or some devices in device list, click OK.
Step 4: Go to generated QR code picture interface with device list included.
Search device function
Enter device list page, in input field, enter detailed criteria of search, it will show result of search directly.

Create a Group
Click onDelete a Group
Long press the desired group to enabled "delete" button. Then click on the "delete" button to delete a group.
Add Cameras to a Group
Click on a group and enter to the group detailed page.
Click onRename Favorite Cameras
Long press the favorite cameras to rename, input the new name and save.
Remove Cameras from a Group
Long press the desired camera to enabled "delete" button. Then click on the "delete" button to remove the camera from a group.
Alarm Hub
Add Alarm Hub
You can new alarm hub in alarm entrance.
Mode Config
Alarm hub supports switch among multiple protection modes:
1. Home: all detectors are OFF, customize.
2. Away: all detectors are OFF, customize.
3. Disarm: all detectors are OFF, customize.
4. Custom: customize.
Use click buttonLink Detector
In detector's page, you can link detector to monitoring device, click button and then save.
Event List
In alarm hub page, you can customize alarm hub according to installed hub to view alarm message.
Wireless Lock Input
1. Wireless lock and alarm box match.
2. Lock event report, including: unlock event, ring event, vandal-proof alarm, invalid user, loitering alarm, duress alarm.
3. Lock device naming manager, including: password rename, card rename, fingerprint rename, Bluetooth rename.
Soft AP Add Device
Step 1: Open alarm hub, select AP config network.
Step 2: Open device hot spot, and connect via mobile phone, enter login info.
Step 3: According to prompt in the page, select appropriate Wi-Fi.
Step 4: After network is successfully configured, device will be added.

FAQ
User does not exist/password incorrect/forget password
1. Please check username and password.
2. If you forget password, please reset device, and then login device via mobile phone client.
Locked account
1. Account is locked due to multiple times of incorrect input, please wait until lock period ends or you can reboot device to unlock.
2. Please check if device password is incorrect, or enter password again.
3. If you forget password, then you need to reset device, and then login device via mobile phone client.
Connection failed/login timeout
1. Please check if the device is in correct network, eliminate possibility of offline.
2. Please check device parameter config:
1. Dahua DNNS address is “xxxxxx.dahuaddns.com”
2. Quick DDNS address is “xxxxxx.quickddns.com”
3. Please check if port and IP are correct, IP/domain port is by default:37777
4. Try to switch device port, eliminate service provider port shielding or other device in LAN uses this port.
5. Eliminate mobile phone network problem, switch network type or service provider to try.
Prompt “Over max user connections”
1. Prompt “Over max user connections” to mean that current connected devices have reached max user limit. If you want to continue using mobile phone client to connect the device, you shall reduce user quantity connected to other devices.
Insufficient resource, system is busy
1. Please reboot device or reduce user quantity connected to the device.
I cannot receive alarm message
1. In video monitoring, Lite version does not support alarm subscription and receiving, and only Plus version supports this function.
2. If the device does not support alarm push, then your mobile phone client cannot receive alarm.
3. Make sure if device connects to network correctly and if preview is available to eliminate possibility of offline.
4. Cannot receive alarm, please check if mobile phone client has subscripted alarm of device or channel, if not, alarm will not be auto sent.
5. If all of the above operations are proper, then check if mapping of device port is correct, you and try to switch http port for mapping.
I cannot subscribe alarm push
1. The device does not support alarm push.
2. Make sure if device connects to network correctly and if preview is available to eliminate possibility of offline.
3. Try to change device http port, map again to prevent port conflict or occupancy thus causing connection to other devices which do not support alarm push.
Via wifi LAN connection you can connect, but you cannot connection via data flow

Cannot playback record and picture
1. Check if the device has set record or snapshot plan, if not, the mobile phone client cannot playback.
2. If you playback picture, then you shall set monition detection or snapshot timer.
3. If you still cannot playback while setup is correct, then check if local storage is loosened, or disk is damaged.
Preview stuck
1. You can select device bit stream type, and change from main stream to sub stream.
2. May be network bandwidth is insufficient, we recommend you to change to a better network environment.
3. May be that mobile phone decoding capacity is insufficient, so please try preview in one window, or adjust definition from HD to SD/auto.
Failed to configure wifi of device
1. Check of mobile phone connects to wifi, and check wifi password.
2. Do not use dual band router with 5G function.
3. When you are connecting network, mobile phone shall be close to the device (max distance 30cm), if too far, the matching of connection will fail.
4. If a device has been configured with one network, and to connect to other network, you shall reset device, otherwise the matching of connection will fail.
5. If you still cannot solve the above problems, please reset device.
Failed to initialize device
1. Make sure device is correctly connected and networking is working.
2. Make sure mobile phone and the device are in the same LAN, otherwise you cannot initialize device. In other words, wifi of the mobile phone and wifi or wired network connection of the device must be same
3. If you still cannot solve the above problems, please reset device.
Not on device white list or black list
1. Please log in as admin user.
2. Please manager and set your account in white list or black list management of the device.
No operation right
1. You do not have corresponding right to operate, because this account has been limited by admin.
2. Please log in as admin user, and please set right of your account in User management.
