RMA Process

Description

This article will show you how to handle a case where the product has been deemed defective, and needs to be RMA'ed.

Prerequisites

  • A Salesforce account

Step by Step Instructions

1. Change case status to, "Pending RMA approval".

2. Change, "Case Owner" to "JP Wenger" or your supervisor.

Case will be reviewed within 24 hours, updated, and reassigned back to requester, or updated with further troubleshooting instructions.
