1）to ensure the best recognition accuracy, the inclination angle no more than 5°
2）to query the best recognition effect, the pixel of the plate license must exceed 130 pixels. 150 pixel is better for European plate.
3）for front installation, the horizontal angle no less than 30°. For side installation.
the angle between the camera with the lane no less than 30° also.
4）for the ITC215, The installation height no less than 1.2m, the detection width no more than 3.5m.
