A - User ID: Upper and lower case letters and numbers allowed, but no spaces.
B - Name: Upper and lower case letters, numbers, spaces allowed.
C - Card No.: this will be inputted with the card reader
D - Card Type: IC Card - Geberak Card - 13.65 mhz mifare
