Cannot Install SmartPSS-Missing DLL

Description

When launching SmartPSS, you might encounter the following error message: "windows cannot open file since api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dlll is missing from your computer".

In most cases, the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 is missing or corrupted on the computer. The below link contains the fix from Microsoft.
