DSS UNBIND LICENSE

How to submit a request? Send the request email to DSS Support Team at dss_support@dahuatech.com and attach the license key document from the customer.

Who should you cc on the request? Copy Bill, Andrew, Damon,Will, and Nicky.

How long does it take? Normally it takes up to 1 business day for them to unbind. Monday – Thursday. Requests that are submitted on Friday, will likely be completed on Sunday.

What is needed? Proof of Purchase (PDF with the license)

What if a customer has an urgent situation where he really needs to get a DSS License asap? We will issue a temporary license. We all have access to submit requests through OA. Public Process > Software and License Application. We will receive temporary license in our email in 5-10 mins.
