Step by Step Instruction

1. Use Internet Explorer and go to https://callrec.cvgs.net

2. Login with credential provided above.

Note: When you login the first time, you will receive a phone call from 888-578-3333 in your cellphone to complete authentication. Answer, then Press #.

3. Once you are login to Citrix, click on Verint folder icon.

4. Then click on Verint WFO - Prod.

5. It will ask you to open or save the Citrix application. Click Open.

6. If you are launching it for the first time, it will ask you to agree with running the installation. Click OK.

7. It will now take you to a Verint login window. Leave checkmark for Trusted Login, then click GO.

8. It will take you to main page for Verint. I have created a search for all Dahua employee.

9. If you like to search from customer phone number, click Advance Search > Click on Interactions > scroll down, and enter customer number under Dialed From (ANI).
