Reset Method
Press and hold "ESC" for 30 seconds to reset the unit to Factory Default settings
Clear Cache
Press and hold "Shift" for 30 seconds to clear the cache. This method is primarily utilized when the NBK1000 is connected to a computer via the DSS client. After clearing the cache, ensure that the NBK1000 appears as an HID in the Device Manager of the computer.
